With our approach we have been able to reduce the high costs of recruiting fees by establishing a flat fee for the position you seek to fill. We will not establish fees that are based on annual salaries. We evaluate the position and gain an understanding of the market, demographics and research investment. We then structure a flat fee based on the complexities and redundancy of the position.
